Stress Reduction Online

How can we regulate our nervous systems effectively, especially when we are dealing with so much change? How can we find our power within uncertainty?
In March, NASA commissioned the Weston Network to create a series of four sessions giving people the understanding and tools to manage stress. For the first time, we have made this course available to the general public. The sessions offer a number of somatic and breathing tools for effectively reducing stress and increasing connection, leading to:
- resilience and release of compounded stress
- self-care practices and new habits
- improved effectiveness and performance
- mental clarity, emotional stability, physical vitality
Each of the four sessions (Oct 14, 21, 28 + Nov 3) will include review and some new material and exercises. Prior to each session, a Zoom link will be sent to the participants.
