4 Pillars of Resilient Power Online Series

Based on the Respectful Confrontation method and mind-body practices, this four session series offers embodied exercises and principles to step fully into your authentic power. As you experience the energies of grounding, focus, strength and flexibility in your body you gain deeper access to the power that resides within you. Applying these tools and practices allows you to cultivate concrete ways to live a life with increased presence, awareness, balance and flow to then navigate the challenges and stress of daily life with more ease and resilience. 

These sessions are led by Shelly Reichenbach and Tori Hindson via Zoom.

Sessions run from 6:30-8:00 PM ET on Tuesdays beginning on February 2.
