This workshop will shift and reframe your views on confrontation, assertiveness, and true power leading to greater self-confidence and peaceful interactions with others.

An engaging, experiential weekend
This experience is unique because it does not rely solely on theories - there will also be ample opportunity to start putting these principles into practice resulting in a noticeable shift in behavior, deeper insight into yourself, and enhanced interactions with others.
Various techniques will be used to put these principles into immediate action and bring them to life:
